What does this cost?
Us? Plenty. You? Nothing. You can create and send talking eCards for FREE.
I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail. What happened?
First, check your "junk mail" or "bulk" folder. E-mail programs sometimes automatically place our messages there. If you still can't find your e-mail go to the confirmation page to have it re-sent.
Will I receive spam e-mail if I sign up?
Not from Head Puppets, nor will we share your e-mail with anyone. When we say FREE that also means spam-free.
I don't see anything. What's wrong?
First, make sure that your monitor is on (...just kidding). You may need to download an updated Flash Player plug-in for your browser or it may be some other browser issue if you are using something non-standard.
I don't hear anything. What's wrong?
Make sure that you have a working sound card, speakers and that the volume is not muted or turned too low.
What are the system requirements?
There are no specific system requirements for Head Puppets although we recommend speakers or headsets! We also recommend an up-to-date browser such as Firefox or Mozilla or Internet Explorer.
You also need to have a recent version of Macromedia's Flash plugin installed.
Will this work on a Macintosh computer?
Your friends using Macintosh computers can view (and hear) talking eCards with the Flash plugin.
Some Macintosh browsers lack support for communication between Javascript and Flash, and so won't allow you to create e-Cards. If you can see the eCard samples, you should have no problems.
What happened to the MediaCards?
MediaCards have been discontinued due to lack of interest.
